With over 25 years of experience at the world’s largest retailer in Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Risk Management leadership roles, Tammy is a natural leader.
She has been repeatedly tapped in development and execution of strategic initiatives and has defined new paths forward to propel the business to new heights of success and growth.
Before joining Data Facts, Tammy’s most recent role was leading the world’s largest background check program (1.75 million annually), developing a Sexual and Violent Offender program, and leading a Threat and Risk Research Analysis team. Along with that, she also lead the transformation of a new background check system she developed, designed a new model for Eligibility Matrix through extensive legal research and analysis of recidivism rate studies; developed corporate programs which will continue to provide the company's brand a strategic advantage with Federal and State governmental organizations; and created strategic alliance of like companies in order to develop forum for best practice non-proprietary sharing.
Not one to sit by and wait for things to happen, Tammy makes them happen, all the while infusing the team she leads with an infectious energy and passion that empowers them to think big, set stretch goals, and then pursue those goals with such an intensity and focus that anything but success is unthinkable.
Tammy enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
