Make Sure Your Applicants Have Authentic Degrees!

In this tough job market, applicants will do ANYTHING to get noticed. Including paying for degrees that they didn't actually earn. There are many fake colleges out there that will issue unaccredited degrees for very little money. These 'degrees' can be earned within a few days or weeks and without actually attending classes. These degrees can range from High School GEDs to doctoral degrees. 

Background Screening is an effective way to attack the growing problem of diploma mills; however, constant vigilance is the key to determining whether a job candidate is the answer to your employment needs or a product of smoke and mirrors.
